186 Lomas Del Golf is a 2 bedroom self catering apartment sleeping 4 people on the Costa Blanca in Torrevieja, close to the Villamartin Golf Course and ideally situated for a great family holiday in a very quiet area where you can step out the front door straight into the fabulous pool. A ground floor twin bed apartment with lounge diner, American style kitchen with all facilities, bathroom, utility room with washing machine. Digital TV with Sky Sports & Movies and Playstation." There is a large garden for having barbeques, playing games or relaxing in the shade if needed. Torrevieja is very easy to get to flying from Gatwick, Southampton, Bournemouth and many other local airports using Flybe. Fly into Alicante for a 40min drive to the apartment or a 20min drive if flying into Murcia. Car hire is available from both airports 186 Lomas Del Golf is very close to town of Torrevieja, La Zenia beach is the nearest beach to the villa, about 2km, 5 minutes drive away. There is a beach bar and a large restaurant overlooking the beach. The next beach north is Playa Flamenca and the next beach south is Cabo Roig. Villamartin Plaza is within easy walking distance with lots of eating places and live entertainment. Communal pool which has a shallow end for younger children. Facilities : Bedrooms: 1 Double (with ceiling fan) and 1 Twin. Both have wardrobes, shelves, drawers, bedside lights & cupboards. Sleeps 4 in two bedrooms. Bathroom: Bath with Shower over, Bidet, Toilet and Wash Basin, all in bathroom. Lounge: Two seater settee converts to double bed, comfortable single chair, coffee table, bookcase, TV. with English stations Sky sports 1,2,3, Movies CD player some Cd's, Table & 4 chairs, ceiling fan. Kitchen: Fridge/Freezer, Oven (electric), Hob (electric), Microwave, Toaster, Iron/Board, Washing machine, fully fitted out with all crockery/cutlery, glasses etc for 6 people. Terrace: with table & chairs. Garden: with washing line and airer, barbeque, sun loungers. Local Facilities: Horse Riding stables are behind property, 3 Golf Courses within 5 minutes drive, the championship golf course of Villamartin is next door to the property, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are a short drive away. Other nearby activities include: Go Karting, Waterpark (June - Oct in Torrevieja), Rio Safari in Elche, Scuba Diving and Boat Trips from the port of Torrevieja (10 mins drive), Benidorm (90 mins drive away) has the "Terra Mitica" theme park, Aqualandia (water park) and Mundomar (sea life park). Places to Eat: You will find many different restaurants to choose from in the Villamartin plaza, there are also some smaller restaurants close enough to walk to. All along the N332 towards Torrevieja you will find Spanish, Indian, Chinese, Italian and English (what ever takes your fancy!!). Markets: You will find street markets everyday of the week in the nearby vicinity. Night Time: Torrevieja (15 mins drive) has plenty for everyone every evening with the local street traders, funfair (in summer) and plenty of fiestas, night clubs, discos, plenty of bars and restaurants.
Costa Blanca
You don't have to be a golfer to enjoy the Costa Blanca. The picturesque village of Cabo Roig sits high on a palm tree covered peninsular a few miles south of the fishing village of Torrevieja. A dramatic cliff walk links the two sandy and secluded bays and Cabo Roig marina nestles at one end of the main bay overlooked only by an exquisite and well-renowned restaurant.
The wide sandy beaches, with EEC Blue flag Awards, rocky coves and a beautiful marina offer safe swimming, fishing, scuba diving and boating.
Torrevieja, the nearby resort, is home to one of Spain's largest fishing fleets. The shops, markets, bars & restaurants cater for all tastes. The palm tree lined promenade transforms into a bustling market on summer evenings. To the north & south are miles of golden sandy beaches. Nearby is a large and exciting Aquapark, ideal for children and adults alike.

Cabo Roig boasts one of the finest seafood restaurants in the area as well as a Pizzeria, ice-cream Parlor and restaurant/bar overlooking a large outdoor swimming pool and toddler pool. Regular outdoor entertainment is put on for visitors at this restaurant.
Other sporting attractions in the area include sailing and boating, diving, snorkeling, horse riding and tennis.
