Both cottages offer suberb self catering accommodation all year round.

Ideally positioned for easy access to all of South Devons attractions. Woodlands Leisure Park is 3 miles towards Dartmouth, great fun for all kids from 0 to 99, with both indoor and outdoor rides.

The historic town of Dartmouth is a similar distance. The english riviera comprising the seaside towns of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham, known locally as Torbay are all close by. A short drive to the north gets us to the Dartmoor National Park.

The Local beaches of Slapton, Blackpool Sands, Bantham, Bigbury on Sea, Hope Cove and Salcombe are all just a short drive.

For shopping the cities of Exeter and Plymouth are both easily accesable via the A38.
