Isle of Wight Self Catering Accommodation
The bungalow was recently fully refurbished and modernised. This included a new kitchen with new appliances, new bath, new carpets and flooring throughout.
The large living area has a fully equipped kitchen/dining and lounge area with sofa bed and easy chairs. Plenty of car parking is available just behind the bungalow. The Living room has LCD Colour TV with Freeview, DVD player and CD Player/Radio.
The Kitchen area has a Cooker, Kettle, Toaster and Microwave along with ample pots, pans, cutlery etc.
2 Bedrooms at the rear of the bungalow provide one double and one twin-bedded bedroom (Bunk Beds). Together with the sofa bed in the living room, the bungalow provides sleeping accommodation up to 6 people.
The bathroom has both bath and electric shower.
For the comfort of all of our guest the accommodation has a non-smoking policy. In addition the holiday village has a policy that pemits only bungalow owners pets on site. Therefore our accommodation is kept completely smoke and pet free.
The bungalow has gas heating, essential for out of season breaks.
Directly outside the front of the bungalow is a patio area and picnic bench for sitting out and enjoying a summer evening’s barbeque after a day on the beach.
Extensive views of the Solent and English Channel to the Needles to the West along the Dorset and Hampshire coasts to Hurst Castle, spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed throughout the holiday village.
