This site has been created to enable you to easily find independently owned holiday accommodation, apartments, bungalows, cottages, chalets, houses or villas throughout England, Scotland and Wales.  All listings are sorted by county and will be either offering Self Catering or Bed and Breakfast accommodation.

All information contained in each listing are the owners content and responsibility,  HolidayList.co.uk cannot be held responsible if information contained in individual listings are incorrect, please check details with the property owner or on their websites.

For the Holiday home owner

As an independent holiday home owner I found that it was very difficult to find a holiday home advertising website that didn't demand a percentage or fee for every lead or booking as most commercial sites seem to do these days.  I found that the usual free directory type ones were normally full of non relevant sites or out of date properties because of creation just to enhance Search Engine Optimisation.

My promise is to only list high quality Bed and Breakfast and Self Catering Accommodation in England, Wales and Scotland and a small number of selected overseas apartments and villas.  All listings are personally checked and validated, if I can suggest enhancements on keywords etc. during this stage I will be more than happy to pass this on.

Initially ALL LISTINGS will be FREE during this site creation stage.  Once completed all basic listings will remain free but I will offer featured and enhanced sites for an annual fee, but my promise is that any featured or enhanced listing fee will be realistically set.

All listings on this site may contain your own html including pictures and links to your own website and email and contact information.  Initially to keep server hosting costs at a minimum and allow me to offer the free listings all photo hosting will need to be remote (either from your own site or one of the many free photo hosting companies) and linked from your advert/listing.
